Exceptional Physiotherapy Care ========================== Hello everyone, I have been doing morning runs daily for 4 years now and keep getting some or the other niggles around my lower back, calves or ankles joints. Last year I had a very bad lower back pain and that's when I met Dr. Sapana Charde. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided to me by Dr. Sapana during two separate phases — first, for addressing my lower back pain last year, and then recently I had an ankle injury, it was tough for me to continue my daily runs. I really want to thank Dr. Sapana for the outstanding treatment provided to me during my recent ankle injury recovery. I truly appreciate the time taken by the Doctor to thoroughly assess my condition and patiently guide me through each step of my recovery journey. Thank you so much Doctor for your effective treatment, I am not only pain-free but also enjoying my runs again. We are lucky enough to have you as a physiotherapist. I must appreciate your dedication, caretaker,Soft spoken and what not. It is because of you my wife Medha could walk independently in a prescribed period rather little bit early. You have done physiotherapy very systematically. We all are very much thankful to you . My mother was treated by Sapna after her knee replacement surgery. She is very punctual, strict whenever required and equally understanding. She has good knowledge and gives her patients confidence that they will recover and helps them positively.
